Take Soma as recommended by your doctor and see the inlay instructions for more accurate dosage information. Most patients take Soma 3 times per day, which includes 1 dose before your bedtime. By one dose is meant 350 mg tablet. To avoid developing adverse side effects such as indigestion or heartburn make sure that you take the medication together with your meals or a glass of milk. Soma is not intended for the use of patients younger than 12 years of age.
